Terms and Conditions – 111x Pakistan Betting Platform

By accessing, registering on or using the 111x platform at 111x.onl, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a binding agreement between you and 111x. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered by 111x, including but not limited to cricket betting, esports betting, live casino games, Andar Bahar, and the Aviator game. Additional game-specific rules may apply and are published on the relevant product pages of the 111x platform — those rules are incorporated into these terms by reference.

Access to the 111x platform is restricted to the following:

• Persons who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Persons who are registering voluntarily for their own personal use.
• Persons who are not residents of jurisdictions where online betting is specifically prohibited by law.
• Persons who are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order issued by 111x or requested by themselves under our Responsible Gaming programme.

111x reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Documents commonly requested include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a recent utility bill, or a screenshot of a registered Easypaisa or JazzCash account in the player's name. Failure to provide verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

By registering, you warrant that all information you have provided is truthful and accurate, and that you meet all eligibility requirements described above. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 111x at any time. Opening, operating or attempting to register a second account — whether under your own name or another name, another phone number, or via another payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 111x will close the secondary account and may suspend the primary account pending an investigation. Any bonuses received across duplicate accounts will be voided.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Your 111x account password should not be shared with anyone — not with a friend, a family member, or anyone claiming to represent 111x customer support. Our support team will never ask for your full password.

You agree to notify 111x immediately at support@111x.onl if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Until you notify us, you remain responsible for all activity conducted from your account.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 111x account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings.
• Log out from shared or public devices after each session.
• Never click unverified links claiming to be from 111x sent via WhatsApp or SMS.

111x is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

All deposits and withdrawals on 111x are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 111x does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank, etc.) may have their own fees — these are outside of 111x's control and you should check with your provider if uncertain.

Minimum deposit: Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your account tier — VIP members have higher daily and weekly withdrawal limits. See the VIP Club page for current tier limits.

Accepted payment methods on 111x include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard. All payment methods must be registered in your own name. 111x does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, and withdrawals will only be processed back to the same payment source used for the original deposit, or to an alternative verified account in the player's name.

Withdrawal processing times at 111x are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: typically under 5 minutes.
• IBFT bank transfer: 1–3 business hours depending on your bank.
• VIP Gold and Platinum accounts: priority processing under 3 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals.

In the event that a deposit is made by error or technical failure, 111x will work with the player to resolve the issue. Players should contact support immediately via live chat or email if a deposit does not appear in their account within 15 minutes.

All bets placed on 111x are subject to the following general betting rules, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the relevant product pages.

• Minimum stake: Rs 100 per bet across all markets.
• Maximum stake: Varies by market, event and account tier. Maximum stake limits are displayed at the bet placement stage.
• All bets are final once confirmed. Placed bets cannot be cancelled except in circumstances where the relevant market is voided by 111x (see below).
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to your bet. In-play odds may change rapidly — the odds you see on screen at any moment are only locked in once you confirm your bet.

Void markets: A market may be voided and stakes returned if: the event is abandoned or cancelled and not rescheduled within 72 hours; the event result is officially reversed or found to have been manipulated; a technical error results in incorrect odds being published. 111x will notify affected players when a market is voided.

Error pricing: If odds are published due to a system error that clearly do not reflect the true market (for example, an event priced at 1000/1 due to a data entry mistake), 111x reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price. We will notify affected players promptly and refund all stakes in full.

Bet settlement timelines vary by product. Cricket and esports bets are typically settled within 15 minutes of the relevant event completing. Casino game results settle in real time. If a bet appears unsettled after 30 minutes when a result is already confirmed, contact 111x support.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on 111x — including welcome deposit bonuses, event-specific boosts, cashback offers and free bet credits — are subject to individual promotion terms published on the Promotions page alongside each offer. These general bonus terms apply in addition to those individual terms.

Wagering requirements: Most deposit bonuses at 111x carry a wagering requirement before the bonus amount can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x) is stated on the individual promotion page. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds remain as restricted balance and cannot be withdrawn directly.

Bonuses at 111x are intended for recreational players. The following activities are considered abuse of bonus terms and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account review:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Placing low-risk or near-zero-risk bets (arbitrage betting) specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine engagement.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms.
• Using a VPN or other method to misrepresent your location for bonus eligibility purposes.

The 111x VIP Club operates across four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Tier progression is based on cumulative VIP points earned through real-money betting activity across all products on the platform. VIP points are awarded on every confirmed, settled bet regardless of outcome.

111x reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, point earning rates, and tier benefits at any time. Players will be notified of material changes affecting their current tier at least 14 days in advance wherever possible. VIP points do not expire as long as an account remains active (at least one bet placed in any 180-day period).

VIP tier benefits — including enhanced cashback rates, higher withdrawal limits, and access to a dedicated account manager — are detailed on the VIP Club page and are subject to change. Benefits are applied automatically when tier thresholds are reached; you do not need to contact support to have your tier upgraded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 111x and constitute material breaches of these Terms and Conditions:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or access the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, stolen payment credentials, or money laundering.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate betting markets or casino game outcomes.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where its use is prohibited, including through the use of a VPN.
• Impersonating another player or creating an account in another person's name.
• Any form of harassment, abusive language or threatening behaviour directed at 111x staff or other players.

111x uses fraud detection technology and manual review processes to identify the above activities. Where a breach is detected, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close the account, void any open or unsettled bets, withhold or recover any bonuses received, and report the matter to relevant authorities if criminal activity is suspected.

111x is committed to responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help players maintain control over their betting activity. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time and can be activated without contacting customer support:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts in PKR.
• Session time limits: Receive a reminder after a set amount of time has passed in a single session.
• Loss limits: Cap your maximum net loss over a defined period.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 111x with immediate effect. This cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

If you choose to self-exclude, 111x will close your account, return your available balance, and make reasonable efforts to prevent you from opening a new account during the exclusion period. Any remaining bonus balance at the time of self-exclusion will be voided.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 111x shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings or opportunities resulting from platform unavailability.
• Losses resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Errors in information provided by third-party data feeds (such as live score data) which do not affect bet settlement but which may mislead players about in-play match status.
• Any indirect, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the 111x platform.

Nothing in these terms limits 111x's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

111x may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify active players via their registered email address or via an in-app notification at least 7 days before the updated terms take effect.

The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the 111x platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should close your account and withdraw your balance before the effective date of the changes.
